Studio Policies

Please familiarise yourself with these policies before your first visit:

Classes Lateness Policy

  1. Please always arrive 5-10 minutes early for classes in Brockley so that Ryan can open the door, greet you and get you settled in the studio.

  2. Our events always start at the time advertised, and the front door is locked during the session. Answering the door after that will disturb the flow of the session and the experience of people in the room.

  3. If you can't make it or are running late, let Ryan know ASAP by phone/WhatsApp on 020 3026 1038. Let us know far enough in advance and we will send you a Zoom link. Or otherwise offer you a place in the following week's class.

  4. If you do arrive a few minute late and class has started we understand this can be really frustrating, so with the permission of attendees, Ryan will always endeavour to let you in. We'd recommend knocking on the front bay window (often we don't hear the door over the music), calling Ryan on 020 3026 1038 (his phone will be on silent but he might see the flashing screen) and as a last resort, ringing the doorbell (only once). If no one comes, we’d appreciate if you leave quietly. We will gladly offer you a place in the next week’s class.


Classes Cancellation Policy

  1. If you booked a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class.

  2. You cancel/reschedule booked classes up to 24 hours before the class start time. Your class purchase will then be transferable to another class in the future.

  3. If you cancel after the 24 hour cancellation window or do not show up for a class that you have booked, your class credit will be deducted.

  4. Monthly members, if you do not show up to a booked class (meaning that someone else potentially misses the chance to attend), a charge of £15 or the standard price of a drop-in class (whichever is greater) will be added to your account.

  5. Credit on account or refund will be provided if the class is cancelled by the studio.

Workshops/Courses Cancellations


  1. All workshops and courses purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.

  2. Credit on account at Levitate can be given if workshop/course is sold out and there is a wait list.

  3. Credit on account or refund will be provided if the workshop is cancelled by the studio.

  4. If you would like to give your space to another client you must email us with their name and their email in CC (and they must confirm by reply all) to update the records and to ensure they have signed the waiver.
